5/5"I bought this item as we have had very large spiders in our bedroom and my husband is terrified of them. Since I plugged the device in we haven't seen any spiders in the bedroom or in the whole of the house. I also like that you can test the item is working by pressing the test button on the top of the device.
The only thing is that I can hear the high pitch slightly, but know one else can in my family, but I can also hear bats sonar, so this is probably why I can hear this sound.

4/5"After having an awful experience with spiders in our house i have found this product unbelievably helpful. Although we still get the occassional tiny spindly spider lurking around, we have yet to see a large one since we have started using the product. We have found it very effective on deterring large spiders but not so much small ones with really no substance to them. The other night we had a powercut and sure enough when i woke up in the morning there was a large spider at the foot of the bed. I have found this product extremely effetcive, well worth its excellent price and would recommend it to anyone who is scared of spiders! We almost moved house because the situation was so bad. this product saved the day! Thankyou!"

I sent this item back 11th Nov with the returns code above and have still not heard anything back regarding my refund. the item was sent back as it is exactly the same as the mouse deterrant I bought however no where on yoru website does it say that this item is the same and can be used for multiple purposes! Also they are priced differently!!!!!!!"

1/5"Complete and utter rubbish they would actually walk past it within a meter from the outside.
More upsetting as I was originally very sceptical but bought it as I was led to believe there was a money back guaranty.
So I phone up after a week or so and they are still walking right by it and I'm told I have to wait for one month ... the reason apparently was to allow them to leave.. this was obviously in conflict with the ones that were still coming in daily.
SO a month or so goes by and guess what I'm told not only did you have to wait a month BEFORE sending it back but infact there was another deadline AFTER which you could not return it.

I've tried the spider repeller and it seems that the spider are unaffected. We can still see a lot of spider around the house. Some even RIGHT next to spider repeller. Don't think it's working. Though when I press the test button it appears to be working.

I cringe when i think about the size of some of them.My husband looked for something all over the internet that would help our problem and finally found Primrose. We sent away for the spider pepellent and within a week we noticed we had less and less spiders. Now I cant remember the last spider we saw in our house. I would recomend it to anyone who has the same problem as we did with spiders"

The spider repellent was recommended to us by a neighbour and it has exceeded all my expectation. Apart from the first two days, we have not seen another spider in over a week. Because our house had stood empty for 2 years we were infested with spiders and I was killing about 3 or 4 a day.

5/5"I considered buying the Advanced Spider Repeller - (whole house) for a long time before finally making the purchase. I wish I had bought it ages ago.
I have had it plugged in for a couple of weeks and have only seen 1 medium sized spider since and that was downstairs which is odd as we are usually plagued by the very large black ones upstairs but rarely see them downstairs. I suspect that it was flushed out from it's hiding place by the device and trying to find it's way out. I can rest much easier now and the device does not cause any interference with anything else. Made a clicking noise for the first few hours but as it is always left on that stopped very soon afterwards.
I would recommend this to anybody who hates spiders - well worth the money!

5/5"I buy spider repellants from Primrose each year. Fantastic and reliable service - have always been delivered the following day.
I live in a large country house and have had serious problems in the past with many, many huge spiders, and I was despairing. In spite of being a "country girl", I am a true arachnophobic. I found spider repellants on the Primrose website five years ago and have bought two at the start of each spider year since. I do not know the life of spider repellants but as long as they keep flashing then I assume they are working!
There is no doubt the spider repellants work - latterly I have only bought the advanced type. I cannot say there has never been a spider in the house since using them, but six a year I can cope with. Also, proven, as the number of repellants have increased so the number of spiders have reduced.
I cannot recommend the spider repellants enough - they have rescued me from a nightmare.

After plugging it in and setting it up I had no spiders in the room where it was plugged in but they were going to other rooms. 3/5"Advanced Spider Repeller - When I first moved into my new flat, there were a number of very large spiders about...now that I have installed several repellers, I have not seen any large ones, though I do occasionally see a few small ones crawling about. I don't think it effectively covers the area/range as specified in the packaging but it seems to be doing the trick of keeping the big spiders at bay..."
